The listed crane hall was built in 1921 and used as a workshop until 2022.
In addition to the new port administration building, this historic building should continue to be used sensibly. The old crane hall was perfectly integrated into the modern property and converted into a unique conference room.

The meeting rooms in our conference centre are ideally suited for conference, meetings, workshops and seminars, but also for company celebrations and parties:
- Two conference rooms of 34 m² and 154 m² for up to 100 participants (the rooms can be joined)
